Child Safety Standards
Last updated: April 2026
Our Commitment
NZee Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users and comply with all applicable child safety laws in New Zealand and internationally.
Prevention Measures
- Age Requirement: All users must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- Content Moderation: We actively monitor and review reported content.
- In-App Reporting: Users can report concerning content directly through our apps using the report feature on any post, message, or profile.
- User Blocking: Users can block other users, which immediately removes their content from the blocker's feed.
- Account Approval: All new accounts require administrator approval before gaining access to the platform.
Reporting & Response
- All reports of CSAE content are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately.
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned.
- We report all confirmed instances to the relevant New Zealand authorities (Department of Internal Affairs) and, where applicable, to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
