Baked a batch of Anzac biscuits for the school fundraiser. Made 120 and taste-tested at least 15. Quality control is important.

The farmers market was packed this morning! Grabbed some amazing feijoas and a jar of local honey. The bloke selling smoked fish had a queue around the corner.

Caught a ripper of a trout this afternoon. Couple of hours on the Waihou River, couldn't ask for better.

Three years ago today we moved to the Waikato from Auckland. Best decision we ever made. Kids have space, we have sanity.
